Welcome Back Everyone
As we welcome everyone back to our salons, it is our hope this open letter finds everyone in good health. Our primary concern has always been for the safety and well being of everyone who enters into one of our salons. My team is well prepared to cut, color and style your hair, just like you have come to expect and trust of us over the years. Our physical space has been equally prepared within our states Covid guidelines and expectations.

Here is a summary of our commitment to you and everyone who enters our salons:

  • Everyone entering our salons will be masked at all times.
  • Upon arrival, everyone will hand sanitize.
  • Everyone will be temperature checked.
  • It will be mutually agreed that anyone experiencing any of the Covid guideline symptoms will be asked to forfeit their appointment and reschedule.
  • Based on the Governor’s travel restrictions, anyone who has traveled outside of Massachusetts within the last 14 days should self-quarantine (and delay their appointment for two weeks).
  • A clear plastic disposable bag will be provided at check in to all clients. All personal items will be hand-held by the client during your appointment. Your client personal bag will be disposed of at the time of your departure.
  • All clients will receive a clean folded robe for their hair appointment at check in and all wardrobe will be placed in client’s personal clear bag.
  • We request all clients refrain from carrying into the salon large bags, totes, laptops, luggage, shopping bags etc. All items will need to fit into clients personal clear disposable bags. All clear personal bags are asked to be placed on the laps of our clients during their service.
  • Beverages/food will not be permitted into the salon during your appointment, as everyone is fully masked at all times. Please plan accordingly.
  • To expedite your check in and check out process, while maintaining social distancing, our company has improved its systems.
  • We have moved to a prepaid appointment process.
  • Your scheduled appointment will be prepaid at the time of your confirmation. This will protect you during the check in and check out steps of your hair appointment. Our coordinators will walk you thru it!
  • Many of our clients have inquired about gratuity as concerns for a touchless system, and our staff has signed up for Venmo

Our general sitting/waiting areas are at this time off limits due to social distancing guidelines, so we again gently ask that all appointments are a solo visit!
We do respect and understand that your hair appointment need not be this complicated. It was and has always been a time to decompress, relax, and indulge in some you time. It is our hope that in the near future, it will be again.Our stylist’s schedules have been altered a bit, just until we reach our new next phase. We can do this, we’re Bostonians afterall, and we are all in this together. We do look forward to seeing you soon. Please call schedule your appointments!
